If you are going to go FI just expect to get a new motor eventually. I know it's gonna go one day. Till then full throttle

Car has been dragged and street raced quite a bit and always driven very hard. The JWT clutch has finally given out with almost 100k on the motor with the new owner.

27. APS TT @ 9 psi 451WHP and 430WTQ on DD with no correction. Tuned with Unichip Q+. 4k miles with hard driving on the street and road course with no major problem(knock on wood). babying the car is not in my dictionary...!

43. APS TT, 8.5psi 390whp, Unichip. 15k turbo miles. Having some oil issue recently, burnt 4qts of oil in 2000miles.(normal?!)

46. Original line #31: Installed Tial 38mm wastegate w/ open dump, UTEC and 650cc Daetschwerks injectors and tuned at Performance Factory. Dyno'd 388whp/392wtq @ 8.7psi on 6/21/07. Almost 3K miles with no problems.

I used to own a NA fully built JDM integra with the JDM type r engine swap.. NA was one of the best things i drove her 25k miles and the only problem i had was it was burning oil because of an old vtec solenoid. She was stolen last month and got some of the parts back but they burnt my car which really sucked cause i would have re built it but im in a Z now and thought i knew where i was going until i saw this thread... its one of the most imformative ones on this forum i love it but it seems quite discouraging to me now to go FI on my z which is completely stock except the NISMO cold air intake and Cat Back Exhaust. Should i be discouraged?... Its not really a daily driver but i want it to be around forever i dont find buying new engines every 3k miles economical but i know what FI does to an engine. Maybe a vortech supercharger is more suitable for me? If anyone has any advice that woudl be awesome, seems like a lot of people in here really know whats going on.. Thanks guys.

When I was N/A there was a very very slight delay for the rpms to start climbing, but now its almost pretty much gone. As soon as I hit 2k-2.2k the car just rockets.

I am actually kind of disappointed with this thread. I was hoping to see many more 400+whp with over 30k miles.

I think when i graduate to twins JWT will be the way I go
