I'm sure Reggie is getting to them as fast as he can. The first batch of rebuild orders I believe has already been submitted.

If you are down on oil 4 quarts I would start looking elsewhere. If you went through 4 quarts and the turbo was the cause the oil would be POURING out of every opening.

I just talked to Reggie and a couple of the rebuilt units have shipped out already. He is processing orders as quickly as he can. If he hasn't responded to a PM give him a couple days and send another. I'm sure there are TONS of people PMing him right now so I'm sure its hard to keep everything straight. He will get to them as fast as he can.

Have you confirmed there is nothing else is wrong with your car? Its HIGHLY unlikey your seals are so blown you lost 4 quarts of oil. I would bet some it being something else.

Reggie is typically excellent about returning messages and phone calls. All the messages I have left on his voicemail, he has returned the same day.

Great guy!

Yes there is nothing else wrong, the oil level is actually just right, but I just want to get the water lines and everything just for insurance.

Glad to see TN stepping up to the plate. Is this repair ONLY for those on the boards? If so, why? If it's a recognized issue, then it should also apply to anyone who calls in. It's nice that the fix is applied regardless of warrantee, but why not for people that don't live on the boards?

Not trying to start a debate, just curious about the service requirements. It's like Nissan fixing a known issue, but only for people that sign up for email notices, etc. It just doesn't make sense.

I'm sorry maybe I'm confused. Earlier you said your car was down 4 quarts. At which point I asked you to look at other stuff as a blown seal is not going to make you lose 4 quarts of oil. So is your turbo actually failed? I mean Turbonetics has already said they will take care of everyone but as was posted before they are going to take care of people whose unit is actually failed first. I think everyone agrees this is the right thing to do. BTW Reggie said he got your PM but hasn't had a chance to reply yet. He's been swamped trying to process all the orders that came in before you and still take care of his day to day workload. He'll get back to you soon enough. Just be patient.

D350Z10 I thought you had a custom kit? An upgraded Turbo or something.

Who said that was the case? Turbonetics is going to take care of anyone who calls in for this also but Reggie would prefer to get PM's on this board if possible for anyone who is registered here. If they are not registered here and call him that doesn't mean he's not going to help them but getting phone calls from EVERY single person with a Turbonetics kit would be obsene. The PM thing is just an easier way for him to keep track of who need help without blowing up the phone lines.

Reggie has mentioned this repeatedly to me. Please do not call Turbonetics asking about this. Regardless which of the two categories you fall into below send a pm to him on this board. His username is blk180sx PMing him is the only way to get this done as of today.

Like I said, not trying to start a debate, but the first thing posted gave me the impression that you had to be a registered on the boards to receive this fix... Again, props to TN for stepping up to the plate.
