Hey guys I bought a laptop for the purpose of tuning my SS box and since Vista was the only program available with new computers these day's I figured id give this a try and use it primarily for my car...Well I tried loading the software into my laptop but for some reason it doesnt work and says im missing some files...Now does anyone have a way to get it to work on vista?

Also how many people are still using the stock fuel kit supplied with the vortech 3.12 and have good success? Also anyone with a stock map or any map they could send me so I could look around with the R4 software to get an IDEA on how things work?? I do have access to Nissan Consult 2 and will be datalogging(FUEL TRIMS, Injector DutyCycle, Timing and so on....) the runs while I Tune..

My current mods to date are:

3.33pulley, JIC YPIPE + JIC single TI, Motordyne 5/16 spacer, Strup headers.

All I have left coming is my 3.12 belt, Wideband, Test Pipe.

 

First..I dont think the R4 works with the new Vista. Second...be careful when uploading the file from the SS box . It will change on you
