Hello,
No disrespect to Ken, he's a great guy. However, Ken never ran his car. Even at the last Vegas meet we attended in '04 (which is what you're referring to), when Ken won the dyno event -- his HKS Twin turbo, 3.4L HKS stroked made 1110whp, and our stock stroke, single turbo Supra made 1101whp. We also did it on 5 cylinders, with no nitrous, then went to the track and made several runs, while Ken parked his car. We also made more power under the curve as well -- his power was jumping up and down and he got his peak from a spike.. But then... we're getting waaay off subject again..

Like watching that short video of Maximumsport and Tauran. Tauran was right there with that TT Z and never skipped a beat.
Twins are supposed to be the be-all-end-all of performance mods but on relatively stock motors, the price for TT's isn't justifiable (atleast around the time I bought my TN system).

Area under the curve doesn't mean jack unless it's usable power above your shift points.
There is no "better" between single turbo and twin turbo. It totally depends on your complete setup, your tune, the driver.
/debate

+1000 on "complete setup + tune + driver" that matters when its all said and done

Turbo Magazine did an article that covered the event shortly afterwards. It shows both dyno graphs. Our dyno graph shows that we made more power, for a longer period of time. It also shows that his 1110 peak whp was made on a spike.
