Use Parts Over Again?
Can I use the HKS head gaskets again?

Studs probably, gaskets...I wouldn't risk it. Once they're crushed down, they're done.

doubt it on the head gaskets - the head studs should be fine to reuse.

Yeah I just called ARP.... the L19 head studs are ok to use again as long as they are kept oiled and don't rust.

Yeah I would go ahead and get a new head gasket. Should be done eveytime you take the heads off.

the HGs really get messed up the first time they are heat cycled. i wouldnt even think twice on those. i stretched some L19s trying to reuse mine on my own motor to see if they would work. wasnt happy with the outcome...

you should call HKS and see what they say
we've never done it on an Evo, but I've reused HKS headgaskets on just about every other motor going back to the early 90's, and never had an issue
but, if this is a complete teardown getting all new parts, you mind as well fit new gaskets

Only thing I reused were the main and head studs when I had to redo mine. I replaced the HKS headgasket, piston rings and the bearings
