hhmmm.. some great suggestions going on. My first guess would be the alternator, but I dunno the symptoms of a bad fuel pump. Couple of weeks ago, I felt the car losing power, all of a sudden.. then there was a hesitation as if it was going into limp mode. It remained like so, ever since.

Check the fuse to the fuel pump.

I agree. Your symptoms is not caused by a faulty alternator. If in doubt, just like another person said jump the battery and eliminate the obvious. Car starts, its the battery/alternator. Another obvious is turning the key and hearing for the fuel pump. This will tell you the pump is working.

I dont think it can be, but check your stereo amps. You can have a wire loose touching metal. Good Luck.
