Thanks Ginash

Video!!! View Video on FQuick

We finally had a chance to dyno the car today. With a very conservative tune it put down
440rwhp @ 10psi (base boost)

We didn't have time to calibrate the dyno for tq numbers but will do that tomorrow and post up the results.

Only mods to the car include our turbo kit, our custom exhaust, the AEM ems,
and the fuel system (CJM billet dual hanger/rails)

Thanks
Chris

Not really feeling the exhaust sound but the setup is pretty sick anyway.

Very cool Chris. Nice Work. Can't wait to see what it can do on a built block. Need any volunteers. I'm in!

Update:

Put her back on the dyno today and did a little tuning resulting in 462 RWHP @ 10 psi and remember that we have a Mustang dyno, not a dynojet!!

Now here is the question..... I have tuned probably 500 supras..... 100 hondas...... countless domestics, 50 or so 300 zxtt's, Subarus, Mitsus, and only 3 350s!....... Is 462 RWHP on a completely stock motor good? Average? etc?? I think I can push it with a bit more timing and lean it out a little (I am at 11.0-11.2 now) and get maybe 480 at 10 psi.....

nice one larry...

for a mustang dyno that isnt calibrated to read like a dynojet, that is really good for stock engine at 10psi. your right on the threshold of it throwing a rod any second!

how high are you spinning it? 7k?

If you wanna borrow my drag wheels for a pass or two let me know (you will need extended wheel studs).

^^^That's what I was thinking on the stock block, and the fact that it's spooling faster...isn't the quicker spool what causes the stress?

On a built block, this kit would be sick. The exhaust sounded like a dump truck at first, but I watched the vid. again and was thinking that if I was putting down that much hp I could prob. live with it. : )

Throwing a rod?? at only 462 RWHP?? LOL Im too spoiled by 2J motors!!

Yeah Im spinning it to 7200..... power starts falling after that so no reason to go higher.

Cant wait until we put in the built motor, some big cams, ported head and the big turbos!!

Charles, your twin pump setup is working perfectly too!! Thanks again! Car is running flawlessly even with the 1200 cc injectors!!

Hey phunk, got anymore twin pumps? Pm me if you can spare a set.

SP.... 460 on a mustang dyno is sick! Those things read really low.

Charlie, I may take you up on the drag wheels!!!!! I'm trying to talk lar into letting me take it to the track friday

Btw, I'll post up some pics of the dual pump hanger, it is SICK, great work buddy.
I do have one in stock, with pumps, etc.. Since we are still in the testing phase, I want to make sure the setup is working properly, so far so good

I have lot's more vids of the car on the dyno today. This car made the power so effortlessly and made 460 pull after pull after pull.

I know that only for comparison, Julian @ MRC (NJ) made about the same (458?rwhp) with his APS TT kit on a stock block. But I believe that may have been with the help of open exhaust dumps. And I'm not sure what psi he was running. Shortly after that he built the block and jumped into the 600's.

Just for comparison purposes.

Either way, those are some great numbers.

I made 402 rwhp with my stock block at 9.5 psi, with A/F at 11.2 steady. My car was equipped with JWT S2 cams, single exhaust, crawford plenum, and 440 cc injectors, UTEC, with my Turbonetics kit before selling it. Now that I have a built block, I can't wait to see the results of your kit. Remember if you need a guinea pig for the testing of that kit, I'm available..hint, hint, hint.

Leaning it out any further may prove to be detrimental, but testing is where its at. Good Luck. Great Work!!!

LOL revving the crap out of the motor to 7200, pushing the boost and going to 460whp on a Mustang Dyno . . . . right on man . . . . keep shoving air into that thing, cuz at this rate you're gonna break her pretty quickly . . . . LOL.

Awesome video, can't wait to see built motor results.

Why aren't you guys stroking/boring the motor?

Either way, it is just for comparison purposes. Chris was trying to gauge his progress, and I think he is doing great work! Crank it up!!! But be prepared to have a motor with a view (window) soon. LOL
