Fact is, going with a cookie cutter TT setup built anywhere outside of PF would cost me WELL more than what I'm spending now.

So please, justify.

^^^He could say the same thing about Forged Performance.

But I am certainly excited to see what your car does when it's done. Really looking forward to it. And in this day and age on this forum I should probably tell you that I am NOT being sarcastic so no one gets all pissy.

I've heard it 1000x on these forums.

Example - "Oh your car is butt ugly and slow as *****! Hey, jk"

Why so sensitive? You wouldn't be laughing if you didn't agree in some sense, and it wouldn't be said in the first place if there was some sort of notion that wasn't true.

Sorry if you think I'm overreacting. But I've heard this "you're wasting your money" bit so many times that I'm quite sick of hearing it. Each time it comes from someone who has a) Spent MUCH more than I have, and b) doesn't have a clue as to what my spent on my setup. The first times it was allright. It's just getting old now.

That is all.

I'd laugh if somebody with a Forged Perf car told me that in reality I'm sure it wasjust a joke.

i honestly care less how much money you spend... as long as you aint getting rapped like people suggest in the Very Retarded Techs thread..... its all about how happy you are with your setup and wheather you really feel you got what you paid for =]
I honestly don't think its cheap what you are spending in your spending in your setup =] but you shouldn't go cheap, you should do it right =]

I agree entirely, but I haven't told anyone outside of a select few how much I'm spending on my setup. Does everyone really know how much I'm spending or are they making assumptions?

on the TOPIC... i think that the exhaust is hella nice cause its full Titanium...
I personally like JDM products better, generally, but i have a few domestic products as well if i like them.

You can quote me telling newbs/people asking $20K+ is the usual for a complete build + TT + supporting mods + labor + tune, etc, not that I spent that much, truth is, Ive never, and will never disclose that information. Its funny to see you get your panties in a bunch over a sarcastic remark that ended with ---> j/k

abyss for president ...

---------------------------------

Ok, back on topic

I'll sport a JDM exhaust over an american company any day. I learned after using AAM's TD exhaust that things like leaking weld points and not quite right fitment are just unexceptable after comparing it to true JDM craftsmanship... GReddy TiC FTW

Just because it's from Japan doesn't necessarily mean its quality.

I mean, its not really fair to compare most of these to the AAM exhaust... heh

Take the HKS true dual for example - broken brackets, uncut interior piping, etc.
