Default 06z tt question

I’ve decided to go TT after being disappointed of mods like plenum, intake, and exhaust.

My goal is to increase HP while keeping the stock motor safe!!! For a daily drive.
1- What is the safest increase in HP on stock motor?
2- By how much will a turbo damage or decrease engine life?
3- any recommendation where to get it installed and tune near NY city or around in NJ

I’m buying the Greddy TT for my 06 Z from what I have searched its got the most potential for power and it will also fit on the 06.
I’m working on searching to get things clear, but some things I can’t find.
going FI is a process

All the turbo kits out there will fit your 06.
MRC, would be my choice if location is an issue for you, Forgedperformane or Performance factory down here in the south. Make sure the shop you go to has a LOT of experience with the 350Z, and has a good customer track record (you can find that here with some searching). 400 on the stock block is the most I would recommend. You are looking about 10K to 12K for a TT kit install with supporting mods to keep it "safe".
I recommend the Greddy kit most bang for the buck and its proven. Just make sure you get supporting mods. Go to a shop and get a quote for everything they wan to sell you. Come back here and post it and we'll guide you in the right direction (if the shop is trying to pull a fast one on you).
Good Luck!
