Default I'm Going F/I - HKS S/T Kit :D

Hi Guys,
put down a deposit for the HKS GT3037 S/T Kit today, won't be installing it any time soon but got a cracking deal from my tuner which i just couldn't pass up on!
Kit will come with the following additional parts - HKS Fcon V-pro, HKS injectors, Walbro fuel pump. Hoping to get 360rwhp from the kit as i want the car to be reliable above all else, shouldn't be too much of a problem hopefully!
Anybody have experiance with this kit?

Suhail

The kit itself doesn't come with F-con, it's the ecu my tuner has recommended, the whole set up including installation and mapping is costing me 9k usd, i thought that was a great deal with the F-con included?

The price of the setup appears to be a great deal, the point they are making is that an F-Con V-Pro is overkill for a 360whp car.

The F-con is overkill for that leavel of power on most cars. Sadly my Tuner hasn't worked with the U-tec which would have been my choice for any F/I set up on stock block. So i was left to choose between the unichip & F-con.
Does anyone here use the launch control function on the F-con Pro?

You don't need the VPRO.

Thanks Doug, that is what the Tuner said too..going to be getting 550cc injectors as well with future power in mind.
1 question- are all V-pro ecu's the same or are they vehicle specific? Ie can i buy a GTR harness and use the V-pro from my Z in the GTR with mapping ofcourse?
