What 45-55K...OK just send a check made out to me. It's too ealry to speculate on pricing. We typically try to keep the price in the same range. Just keep saving those pennies!

Pretty sure i would NOT buy the kit right off the bat!

Reason for this is cause i want to see power and proof B4 i buy one and I still owe money for the car. I'm pretty sure the amount i owe is like the same price for a kit (probably).

But i will consider the kit if it's what i'm looking for ie..power/price/etc..

Cheers

Kevin

That's understandable 6894kevin.

Actually the 3 year/36,000 warranty is available to purchase separately through select distributors/installers. The cars motor must be bone stock, you must use our tuning, and stock header/cats. An aftermarket catback exhaust is OK. The warrranty will cover up to $5,000.00 USD, that's $3,000.00 for the engine and $2,000.00 for the tranny.

A twin screw would not be that hard and in all honesty neither would a centrifigal. Even the piping wouldn't be that hard IMO.

It seems as if the tuning will be the main draw back from the lack of EMS/EMU's out there.

Yep it's you'd have to contact Uni-chip to see if they offer any software.

The warranty has to be purchased within 30 days of purchasing the kit if you're out side of Cali. For our Cali peeps the warranty has to be purchased at the same time as the kit. It has to be installed and purchased through an authorized distributor (a list of distributors authorized to sell the warranty will be up on our site soon). There is also an eclusionary period of 90 days and 1,500 miles. For those first 90 days and 1,500 miles damages to the covered components caused by or arising out of the installation may arise, and are not covered under this warranty. If any of you have any other questions regarding our 3year/36,000 mile warranty feel free to give us a call. 805-247-0226

The main problem is the bracket. We will have to redesign the current bracket for the HR motor. Then change the piping. We will see if we can tune it with the uni-chip.

We realize that. This is just for the guys/gals who want that added security. What would you rather pay out of pocket should something happen...4gs or 7(if you happen to toast the whole motor)? This warranty is also sold to new ZO6 and Viper owners...every car/truck that Vortech/Paxton offers a kit for.

All of which is given that it will need to be done. However, I don't see that as being amazingly hard as some have thought it out to be. Time consuming yes but not very difficult. IMO
