I have some knock off 17" steida mustang rims that I am putting 26x11.5 ET Streets on for the strip... I am more trying to find something that will work for street driving / highway kick downs. I will keep everyone posted on what I end up doing...

Hey at least those KDWs make a lotta smoke!!! lol

I think alot of the issue isn't necessarily related to the tire size so much as the wheel offset. Even with rolled / cut fenders, a crazy offset can render camber adjustments null and void. I think that's where jkenefic is at with his setup...

Good luck. I'm personally sick of 19" wheels. 295 DR's FTW.

Like some others have said... What offset are you running in the rear? mine are +18... If I could get them milled 4mm then I would be at +22 and I could camber the wheel better. and still have the stance I was going for with these crazy offsets. If you look at the bottom of the wheel it sticks out past the body as it is, so if I bring them back in slightly and make the camber more positive then they should still come to the edge of the body like they do now. Which is the whole reason I got these GT-S in the first place...

I told you Jeff that those GTS wheels with the aggressive offsets wouldn't work. If you're interested down the road, my bodyshop is doing some fender flaring on a Z from Alaska... I will post pics when they get the car and are finished....

I enjoy the ability to kill corners with my new suspension too much to go DR's all the time. And you know I love to drag race.

Joe-I run +22 so slightly more tucked in than you, amazing the difference it makes.

Yep, that's why I'm just getting some low priced good looking wheels and keeping my 19's. I'll save the 19's for show and long trips (like to Zdayz).

Besides, florida sucks for corners.

And yeah, my wheels are sitting at about +19 with the spacers. The 285 bfg's were a no-go. I didn't really mind going back to 275's as they hooked up much better than my 285 falkens anyway.

Glad you guys are posting this info. I'm on Eibach prokit and are sporting 28 rear offset. Getting ready to go to a 10mm spacer. I wanted to go with a 285 very soon. But it looks like I need to stay with 275. I also run a -1 camber.

I *think* 285/35 BFG should fit with a 10mm spacer... if you have the fenders rolled.

28-30 rear offset with a 10.5" wide is PERFECT for 295-305's out back with no rubbing (may need fenders rolled). I'd pass on that spacer and go big on the tire...

He's running a 10" wheel, not 10.5".

This means the outer rim of the wheel will be sunken in 6-7mm more than the lip on the same offset 10.5" wheel.

10" wheel with a +28 offset and a 10mm spacer will put the outer lip at about the equivalent of a +25 10.5" volk wheel.

I'm having the fenders cut. And my wheel is 10'' wide. So I think, based on both of you two's comments, that 10mm spacer and 285 would really set it off for what I'm looking for. I'm just really want to pull the wheel out in the front for it's 9'' wide with 30 offset. So I figured 10mm all the way around would look great.

Thanks! I have been trying to take this thing to the track, but Nascar is in Indy this week so the track is closed! And the weather has been crapy all week, so the other track was rained out.

I plan to get video of that burn out and hopefully a fast time!

How about the same setup but with 15mm spacers?
