The driver/rider is the biggest part of the equation, but there's NO WAY you're going to keep up with a good rider on a liter bike, especially on the street. Even from a roll you don't stand a chance against a liter bike - at 80mph I'm in first gear which pulls to 110mph on my bike (stock gearing btw) - let's put things into perspective, 0 to 186 mph in less than 1/2 mile
yeah, I would love to see your Z do that

If I remember correctly
03 GSX-R600 74mph in first
03 R1 around 85mph in first
04 R1 104mph in first (no low-end torque, but hold on tight at 7,000rpms)
