We love ya man!
Let me tell ya when I went to his BBQ and wanted work done I had very limited funds,
Julian asked what I needed done, how much I had (which was about half of his quoted price)
and said O.K! Needless to say he made a customer for life, so much so that when he decided to
make it his shop policy to not tune used electronics, I sold mine to purchase one from him
(which I am yet to do, still saving!) without hesitation just to have him tune my car.
Believe me I told everyone I know about the break he cut me (did not mention prices)
and the quality of work his shop does! His internet antics were the only thing that baffled me.

Or one customer to find out they were charged for a clutch job, when in fact the work was not even done.
We run our business in a professional yet laid back mannor, and usually become friends with our clients and build long term repeat customers that are happy with their service. I may from time to time, talk to my customers in "laymens" terms and call BS on other peoples claims and or opinions, however if we are wrong, were wrong.
We have eaten more hours in labor making customers happy than I can count. And lost more money being trusting of customers and their good faith to pay us, and they never did..Sometimes I did react bitter, and step out of line.I admit, however it never once effected our customers and work. Anyone who knows me in person can vouch that I am humorous and do joke alot, with my customers and staff. After all, when this business becomes boring to me and no longer fun, then its time to pack up...
Heres's a quick story about Julian and how he treats his customers(me in this case):My Z was in the body shop getting the front bumper, hood and wing installed, the bumper i ordered was a replica Nismo it had severe fitment issues and it looked bad anyway, i called Julian and was telling him how i did not like the way the bumper looked and he said that he ordered a C-west bumper for his car but is not useing and if i wanted it, i took it he never charged me for it(now granted i spent alot of money at MRC in the last 2 years , builtmotor, turbos and to many other things to mention) but still, he did not have to give me a brand new bumper free of charge,so anyway who cares that Julian is being a ******** on the forums he allways treats his customers like gold .

Generosity is giving more than you can, and pride is taking less than you need. It takes a huge man to issue a public apology.

Much respect !!!

Now I find this lewd comment extremely offensive and in poor taste. This is improfessional and immature and not how a shop owner has to behave on these boards. I am never buying anything from you!!!!!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!

Yeah, so I see you missed the point of my post.

I actually enjoy Julian's sense of humor and that wasn't my point about professionalism. It was about the comments in other vendor's threads, the arguing back and forth over trivial items and defensive tone he can take. It was tiring to see Julian vs Sharif, Julian vs Tim, Julian vs JT, Julian vs Alberto, etc... That's the behavior that has turned me away as well as others.

And if you knew me well enough, you'd realize that every ****ing other word out of my ****ing mouth is ****, **** or similar while clowning you. So I've always gotten a laugh out of reading those posts of Julians.

J (MRC), Kinda glad to see the public apology, and felt a little better about it after hearing your reasons behind it (hope it is not just to boost buisness)

I guess you forgot about me (us) and SinCity350Z.

I have to admit that I am kind of sceptical about this sudden "new man" thing, but until the "old you" comes out again I will give you the benefit of the doubt (cause Noah says your an ok guy in real life, LOL) ..... J/K

.....Oh and please do not lump us in with, confuse our work/results/claims with VRT again.

I try hard to conduct myself in a professional manner on these boards and otherwise, even though that means REALLY biting my tounge sometimes when I can seriously burry some people, it gets really hard to not speak up sometimes....BELIEVE ME. I feel this type of mud-slinging behavior has no place on these message boards, OH...and that also goes for phone conversations. People love to talk in this world and stir up drama, so everyone should be careful on why you say what to. You never know who you might be talking to, or who might over hear you talk sh** about someone. (You know who you are .)

I have also always have been 100% honest and ethical with ALL my customers and all the forum members on these message boards, and I feel as if I should be treated that way.

Cool, now maybe we all could get along, Hahahaha. I am not naive enough to think that ALL the bad-mouthing and mudslinging will come to an end, but some progress is always good.

Can't we all just get along, join hands and sing Koombuy Yahh ??? Hahaha

yeah... other than the dyno debates the major BS and scams started after they left vrt. they dont want in any possible way now to be comapred to them or put in the same sentence... i dont blame them who would want to be "there" with VRT......
A VRT comparison is quickly becoming the biggest insult in this industry!
