i wasn't the one that incorrectly assumed in the first place i am a San fan and got called out, which is no big deal, its all clear. i have not been confrontational at all to BZM at all on this thread. IF you have something else to say to me, do it via PM . Thanks!
Todd: No need to apologize just wanted to clarify that and to everybody else as i already said the only side i am on is Dons.

If you read the original thread you would know what was going on and most of your questions will be answered.

Who-ever was at fault or wrong, either customer or shop, the customer entrusted the shop to provide a service. Somewhere along the line the shop lost the customer's confidence. When the customer looses confidence in the shop to provide the service they paid for then it gets pretty upsetting. Not that I'm saying the shop was at fault. But word got out that there is an "unhappy" customer. Customer feedback is important as something similar happened to me with my vehicle. Was the OP posted in defense of the customer?

man, there is about 2 hrs worth of reading in all the past threads and this present thread... go back and get the full story:
brief summary..
we build engine, customer installed, had some issues, we didn;t have much contact, i find out later still having iisues, customer drives to shop in cali. shop in cali and our business have been working together for some time.. shop in cali badmouths us and customer loses confidence in us, joining in on badmouthing..shop in cali takes apart moptor we built, says its all wrong, postes lists of issues publicly... we get motor after requesting since early on, in pieces..we do thorough analysis and posted findings (see page 1)..and now here we are, we determined not at fault of machining or assembly, but are still going to help the customer out with several costs to get him back on the road and happy
weh, that was a lot to describe

go back and read the original posts, you will see that the severity of the issue had not been determined at that time...links are provided in this thread early on...
