Cheston thanks for all your suggestions, you guys are giving me a headache though, as all you eagle, cheston and gurgen (in PMs and phone conversations) have done it/would do it all slighly differently!

I'll have to evaluate all your suggestions, put them forward to my tuner too, as I'm going to be sourcing the parts, but I'll be wanting to do it all at once and most probably from the US as the $ to £ is just to good these days
