After I reinstalled my TN kit my A/F at idle changed from 14.7 back to 15.7 again.

Is this most likely due to an air leak in the exhaust? I can't come up with another reason for the change and if it is a leak it has to be a small one.

 

any vacuum leaks in the engine bay?any hissing sounds?
this can effect the A/F at idle and partial cruise, less at WOT.

 

Only leaks if any could be associated with the turbo kit. I think I am going to tighten the clamps down more but I hate over TQ'n those things.

 

Did you put the reflash back in the car? It has been my experience that the TN reflash tends to run cars lean at idle.

 

The car has always been on a UTEC with the stock TN map and when I took the TN kit off I just stayed below 4K with no WOT runs. I mainly drove the car to keep everything in check until I went F/I again.

So when I was first F/I it was 15.5 then when I went N/A it was 14.7 and finally when the kit went back on it went to 15.5 again. Nothing was changed besides reinstalling the pipes inter-cooler and Turbo.
