The polished intercooler looks sweet. Although I went with the stealth flat black. What's the hp/tq #'s?

you have the boost/vacuum port hooked up wrong on your Raptor BOV. use the upper port por favor.

looks good though!

He is 100% correct. Look at this pic:

That is the correct connection for the Boost Signal to the Raptor BOV. Good catch Tekwon

if you look at the Raptor, you will notice there are 2 threaded holes - one on the cap (furthest away from the mounting flange) and one "in the middle" (closer to the flange).

from your picture, it looks like you have it connected to the one closer to the flange.

With the line hooked to the wrong fitting the BOV may not remain closed during full boost pressure and might also possibly not open fully during shifts to properlly release boost pressure.

you can use the bottom port as a boost-sensing hook up. this could help the valve open up quicker (vacuum pulling up and boost pushing up) but it is generally not needed/used.

your setup looks nice. what kind of exhaust are you running?

ok, I corrected the connection on the bov and test drove it this morning and I believe car feels more powerful. however the roads a wet so I don't know if it was losing traction but I noticed it overboosted to like 14 lbs..... what's ur take on this? also I the bov sound way different now. it sounds like a solid psssh instead of a psst pssst pssst pssst (fluttering release)..

Do you have a boost controller in the car? If so the wastegate duty cycle is set WAY to high. If not you might want to make sure the boost signal on your wastegate is run to the correct port. If its not then its not opening your wastegate ever. i would stay out of boost until you get it figured out. The reason the car is making more boost is that the BOV is no longer opening under boost like it was before you fixed the BOV. Check your wastegate routing ASAP. The line should be going to the port furthest from the red Turbonetics logo on the top of the wastegate.
