Default Belt size for 2.87" pulley on Vortech

I was wondering what is the belt size used for a Rev Up using a 2.87" pulley on a Vortech is? I'm not sure if the stock one will work.

Any input on this will be helpful...thanks guys!

If they use the 3.12 pulley with the stock kit . Its will more than likely be the same belt . I tried going to a 1/2 inch smaller belt when going from 3.12 to the 2.87 and I couldnt get it on . This was on the 03 kit though . If the rev up uses the 3.33 pulley as stock...try going 1/2 inch smaller .

So, 1" smaller belt for the 03 kit?

Stock belt is 93.5 inches . 93 inch for both the 3.12 and the 2.87 pulleys on the 03 kit .

You said you "couldn't get on it". Does that mean it was slipping too much?

No...it means I couldnt get the belt [ 93 inch] around the pulley , even with the tentioner all the way loose.

I screwed up my post..I meant I tried to go to a 92.5 or a 92.75 inch belt [ cant remember ] with the 2.87 pulley and I couldnt get it on . I had to stay with a 93 inch .
