IMO, I'd move on. If something comes out now, it's to late. Unless it's for newer models.

There's a huge market for the DE engines still, so I wouldn't call it too late. I think that with big power ST setups from TN and PowerLab in the coming months, a lot of people are going to reconsider the current trend of "TT is the only way to go with these cars..."

Just my

Sending Noah to Mexico is like sending a pedophile to watch a room full of 4 year olds - only bad things can come of it...

If it wants to impress me. I would have to see a out of box ST, when added to a built motor, put down at least 500whp with around 12psi of boost. Key word here, out of box. No other modification to the piping or upgraded turbo.

And do it all for the same or less cost then a TT setup.

That's a good question! There's a lot of factors that come to play. I would probably pay the same for twins, if it turned out to be a great product. I like the single aspect due to it's less parts, plus less weight in some cases. Also compared to twins there's two smaller turbo's compared to one bigger. Which seems to play out the same (in price), somewhat. So many things you could go on. I also like the case of twins and quicker spool time. It would probably take alot of business from the TT companies.

Please don't get me wrong. I'm not here to slander any kit nor ditch on the single. For I have a TN kit. Just like to see something easily capable of some output out of the box. So when you do go build motor, you can have something already to go without any modification to the kit itself, like twins. Kind of like the Supra. You can put big single on it at stock boost, then when ready for a built motor, you use the same kit to push it to the limit. I don't want to get to technical on this subject, just understand what I'd like to see.

Vizage,

I think you will be pleased once it gets released. I've been by Intense Motorsports on a pretty regular basis, and I've seen the prototype in Han's G35. So I know some things about the kit. I'll just say that it is capable of big power with a built motor. We're talking about a shop that is very experienced in building 1000+whp single turbo Supras. I think it's fair to say that they took much of that knowledge and applied it to this kit. I obviously don't want to say much more than that because I don't want to reveal what was said to me in confidence and steal any of Intense Motorsport's/Power Lab's thunder before this kit is officially released.
