Why?? It wasn't Louie's fault that his car did not have a front STB, or any way to install one.

I think we need to choose our words a little more carefully here. That last statement is way out of line, out of context and completely uncalled for. And it comes off as a personal attack to anyone reading it. If you cannot post in a civil
manner, please do not post. It was slander at best.

Typical that you would interpret this as a personal attack, but you're the one attacking...

This is like VRT all over again...

Second post here, slander. If you "really" want to "expose" someone, you would have done it allready. Or you should do it now. Otherwise STFU and learn how to spell.

There was a statement made about you spankin the crap out of Tarzan and the Element Subi and based on the results it wasn't true...

Your comments about passing them and whinning about tires as the reason you didn't beat overall is VERY VRT...

It's actually libel, but I think he gets your point.

What difference does it make? He is baselessly talking smack about a person AND a company. I am still waiting to see the "RA ripped me off threads". I don't see any.

Talking smack - that's you buddy...

There was a statement made about RA ‘spankin the crap out of Tarzan and the Element Subi’ and based on the results it wasn't true... I asked for clarification - no biggie, my comment about the similarities between RA and VRT are an observation and opinion, not slander...

Louie....

Are both fans working?? 200 on the street? There has to be a leak ..fans not working properly or something blocking vents. With AC and in traffic I stay below 185.

Stay safe over there...

Thats my point...this thing works. If the outside temp goes up over 100 yes the temp will go up....but at 85 to 90 it say around 185.

Congrats to Scott and Louie! It was painful having to get updates via the phone instead of being there to watch, but I am glad I got to hear the results before I took off on my cruise! I hope that next year we can make it out to that end of the states with our car.

Same here.
185 all day long with A/C and 100plus outside.
I'll update when I find out what it is. I dont see it being a big issue.

It is funny how each car has its own little characteristics. I have my guesses as to why we had these minor issues, but it is just speculation untill the car goes under the knife again here pretty soon. For the most part the car was nice to drive, a bit of a wet noodle with no STB, but like I said, it all worked pretty good.
ya, the nrg coolant will show hotter due to the increased ability to remove heat from the motor (as it was explained to me). the coolant leaking or being consummed is more of a concern though. the evans coolant does not expand like water does, so the cooling system should not be under pressure.
the evans sponsored nascar (or busch) runs with half its cooling vents taped up and lives at 300 degrees!! 250-270 is expected running the evans when pushing it hard.

btw- nice going scott. glad to see your progress still moving forward and the success your having. still hard to believe there is haters out there, but sometimes it helps that way to be even better and faster!! keep meaning to take a trip down south to catch up with ya, but my car is taking months longer than expected!! will give ya a heads up.

Sounds good, thanks.
Haters and doubters will always be there, no matter what you do, and the way VRT ended up did not help the situation , eventhough that fiasco had nothing to do with me (or Mark).
I still love the sound of the 3" exhaust that you make. The best I have heard yet. About your Z, I know the feeling, I have been so busy with everyone elses cars that my G is STILL sitting without a motor in it (for almost a year now)
Thanks again and we will talk to you soon.
