Congrats!! That's great to know that 2.5" dual exhaust is working just fine at that HP level! Exhaust system is the last item on my list!! So, actually I've been pulling my hair out trying to decide b/w the 2.5" fast intensions exhaust and the Evo TT... Do you think the 2.5" is enough for 600whp as well??

I think you could get to 600 with the 2.5", but that is pushing it IMO

Congratulations on the rebuild. Hope it treats you well after all the $$ you threw in her.
On the off-topic, you car looks much better then the Strosek one. I'm still confused as to why do you want to switch.

Strosek is the ****. Been eyeing that kit for 3 yrs. Either way, my front needs a repaint and I plan on keeping all my current aero parts and can swap things out when my mood calls for it

Cool. Your car is one of my favourites on the boards.

I'm getting there. I'm doing the VB once Julian is back from his paternity leave. Also, I see no reason why the 3.5 on an auto would be bad with mild FI. There is one guy (superchargedg, I think), who's running it with Greddy TT and Noah was running a 3.9 with his JWT TT. But I'll make a thread about my car later on. Let me get back to the topic.

Hey Zivmen,

This is a little off topic, but since I have a very similar setup as you, I gotta ask. I got the GTM stage 2 cams instead of stage 1. Also, I plan to run 3" dual exhaust. Rest of my engine setup is pretty much idential to your's. Assuming my Japanese tuner does a fairly good tuning like Tuan at GRD, how much WHP should I be expecting?

This is something I cannot specifically answer. I can say that I would think the stage 2 cams will be more agressive and it may shift your curve higher in the rpms. At the boost levels I am at, I don't feel the larger exhaust is going to equate to any more power, as the 2.5" seems to flow just fine.

I am sure your tuner will have his own 'way' of doing things and his tuning technique will have his own personal touch. You may be dyno'ing on a different type of dyno, different atmosphere conditions, etc.

I think the thing to take away from my charts is just an example of what is possible from a given setup on a specific dyno.

Congrats Aaron, looks great.

You've got enough power to put some spare in the 'boot'

All the best,

Jon.

Congrats Aaron!

It was nice finally putting a face to the name at GRD. I only hope I can work the bugs out on my car and make similar power.

Nice. I love it! If you didn't see my post, I decided to stay with the 14psi Tuan recommended. I'm too old to street race. I saw your car at GRD and it looked good. I assumed you would be tuned by now.
