I don't know, that's why I'm asking. But isn't the fuel pump hooked up to the accessory power? I always hear it kick on just before starting the car up.

Don't quote me, but I believe I was told mine was just hooked up threw the ignition switch, in which the accessory power is part of the igniton switch, right? Or is it more involved than that?

The fuel pump relay will kick in for a sec to prime the system to aid in start up. It is on during cranking and while the engine is running. But in accessory position, the fuel pump relay does not stay on.
