Default Dyno Posted! Car is lean above 5.5k rpm Vortech

Tuner thinks it's a fuel problem... aux fuel is coming on.. (is it facing the wrong direction? cuz that's what it looks like...)

I can't really imagine a better tuner than the ones who engineered the piggyback...

He thinks i'm losing fuel pressure up top...

Just to verify-

The vacuum hose that runs from the fmu to the intake plenum has two t's (one to the bypass valve and another to the ss box) is this correct?

he took it to redline @ 18 a/f ???

surely if the tuner was careful he'd notice it going sharply lean on the a/f gauge and wouldn't take to to above 14-15 a/f on the dyno

i would say that there is an issue with the split second box. take it out and send it back to Vortech. i have seen this one time before. its possible that something on the aux fuel system isnt working either or some vacuum lines are not installed properly.

i CANT believe the dyno operator stayed in that pull till redline. OUCH

Proof once again. Dyno ownership does not a tuner make.

The guys @ Split Second might know electronics (I think that's even pushing the issue) but they do not know squat about tuning or are mechanically inclined. "I think it's losing fuel pressure" ok.. attach a gauge to it. The fact they don't have the correct tools to diagnosis the issue should be another glaring example they are not capable of working on cars.

Go to a shop, not an electronics store.

Looks like that thing fall down the ugly tree and landed on the ugly rock and had it's dead corpse eaten by ugly bugs.
