ha, he said the easiest. Removing the bracket or blower can take over and hour and requires removing the oil lines ect.

Got a strap wrench?
Got a 15mm socket?
Got a big 1/2 drive or breaker bar?
Got 15 min to spare?
Got a 5 or 5.5mm allen wrench?
Got some locktite blue?

The jackshaft is one solid shaft with two threaded ends that accept bolts. You can hold the pulley still with the strap wrench and use a single wrench and 15mm socket to break each bolt loose. Once you get the two bolts out remove the cog pulley. Undo the 4 allen screws (tq'ed like crazy, a ***** to break since they have locktite on them). Remove entire assembly. Once you start pulling the shaft out, the 3.33 pulley will be free to just be lifted off the shaft without touching the blower.

Reinstall in reverse using locktite on the four allen screws. I didnt use any on the 15 mm bolts, i tq'ed them to 40lbs each.

If you only wanted to replace the cog pulley I assume just removing it's bolt is all thats necessary..No need to remove both end bolts?

You can just unmount the blower and move it to the side a little. Make taking off the pulley from the front easier.

I saw now way to remove the blower with the bracket still on the motor. The last two bolts were just out of reach. It may just be on the new pulley layout or something, but i wasnt going to risk stripping a bolt or not tq'ing it down enough later on.
