My Bypass valve is Makeing noise When my car isnt making boost. sounds like a balloon that you let air out of by strethcing the part you blow up. really annoying. my car has been boosted for almost 30,000 miles and this is the first problem ive had with it. should i replace it with another bypass valve or go with a blow off valve? why and which one?

may need to take it apart and clean it. Sounds like the sealing surface is not clean or sealing.

Call JWT would be my first plan of attack.

 

Just get the SSQV kit made for the JWT TT kit...i had one on and LOVED it.....it's know with euro crowd that BOSCH units will leak over time

 

How much is the SSQV kit?
