I have an 04 model (VS2Q) and ordered a 34T Jackshaft Pulley. The installer said its not a replacement for the stock 32 T pulley..It has a collar that the stock doesn't...I called Vortech and they said the one I have fits the latter model 350z kit and they don't make one for the kit I have...Anyone experience this? We are looking into possibly machining the one I have to fit...Appreciate any suggestions or experience with this problem..

Yes. After much angst and several calls to Vortech I find in order to fit this 34T cog pulley # 4GR033-034 (replace the 32T) you need to also get the longer bolt (# 7B375-150) and the longer key (# 7U100-073) non of which comes with the pulley..Vortech customer service and product knowledge very much depends on who you get to speak to and how far they are willing to go to research your question..
