If you want to be unique then that's fine, more power to you. But if you just want to go fast, just go with the VG30DETT. It's made for your car, it's proven and it'll probably make more power than a Procharged VQ35.

..meh kinda late
lol and VG is heavier than VQ... lot more space to work on vQ... all those thing made me change my mind, and sry i dont have 6k for tt kit... i got this s/c kit brand new for 3.5k!

Until you blow your engine. The VQ can't handle high boost over 7.5~ psi. You will have to spend another 10k to build that engine to handle the boost when you could have gotten the TT engine and just used that. I see this as a waste of funds.
I'm surprised they didn't get the engine to fit under the hood so you:
A- don't have to put a cowl on the hood
B- have a lower center of gravity
I fit a VQ under the stock hood of a Datsun 510 (with an AAM IM spacer), so I really think it's possible to get a VQ to fit under the hood of a Z32. I'm assuming the steering rack was the main thing that caused them to mount it so high. There are things that can be done about that though.
