Does anyone recall (or can you measure) a greddy turbo from the kit. I want to say it is a 3" inlet, but something keeps telling me 2.75."
Any info would be appreciated.

I think it is 3". I just went back to the Greddy insctructions and realized that Greddy supplies 2 60mm to 80mm silicone reducers. IIRC, those must be the reducers that fit onto the turbos. therefore, the inlet must 3". If you don't mind, please measure your turbos when you get them back. Thanks.
There you go Andrew all of em

IIRC, the thread for the wastegates is M10 X 1.0mm. You can verify this with Tial, but I think that is correct.
Also, I tapped a 1/8"NPT hole into the plenum. you could probably go a bit bigger with a 1/4" NPT, but I didn't have that tap on hand.
The fitting you see coming out of the plenum is a 1/8"NPT to -6AN 90 degree "swivel" fitting.

I removed the banjo fittings from the Tial Wastegates. The Tials have been tapped with a 10mm metric fine pitch thread (M10x1.0) from factory.
I used M10x1.0 to -4AN adapters. from there, I used -4AN 90 degree fittings and then connected those to -4AN braided stainless lines going up to my BCS.
these are the "metric to AN adapters" :
