Good tuner to install ATI procharger in so calif?

I am debating getting an ATI procharger but what an experienced tuner that knows the porduct to do install. I live in southern California so I am hoping that I have a good chance of finding a good tuner. Does anyone know of who is the best to go to?

I talked with ATI last friday. They gave me the number for GRC Performance, I think they are in Orange some where. Any way that's who ATI recomended.
