It could be a mechanical problem with the solenoid and electrical testing won't indicate a problem. Are solenoids for each bank identical. Can you swap them?

Sharif at Forged (they F'N rock!!) check the voltages with a UTEC installed. He saw 5V/12V on both sides.

The voltage tests are done on just the harness with no solenoids attached. Getting the passenger solenoid out is a lil tougher, but probably need to do that as well just to make sure its not a combination of problems.

Pretty much makes me think that the ECU is bad. Now to find a good one to swap out to and confirm. Sheesh!! so many bad luck problems, so little driving.

Thanks Ed.....

Code P1136 on that code list indicates a fan control circuit malfunction.

Here is on I found being Nissan specific. http://www.nissanhelp.com/Ownership/Common/codes3.htm

I wasn't being cryptic or mean. This site doesn't allow the link to the site where the question has been asked and answered. sry if it read like I was being less than thoughtful. There is a "Jetpilot" at the site I was speaking about because the same code has come up many times. I assumed it was the same "Jetpilot"

just go download a service manual.

this is a link for a 2003 350z service manual. You can find the engine trouble codes in the ec.pdf file.

http://www.*********.com/files/manua...50z-manual.zip

for seome reason, the is baord won't allow me to link to the other site, but the "*" need to be replaced with "3 5 0 z - t e c h"
