I wish everyone would listen to the OP he said 91 OCTANE not 93 OCTANE. So the west coast people need to chime in. So far it looks like its Wongy's car. And I really dont feel like seeing this car turn into another DD vs DJ debate. Thank You everyone

Well the thread can serve both coasts, no? As long as you list the octane, what does it matter if we take the original request a little off track? All in the interests of more useful information for more people... I think the "91 octane" specifically should be removed from the title if the OP agrees... You honestly don't want/need 2 threads - 1 for 91 and 1 for 93 do you? (it is a good topic!)

I'm sure this has been discussed many times, but it might be useful for the thread. Does ethanol have much of an impact? We have 93 octane up here in WI, but up to 10% ethanol

What did Nitrouz or BamBam put down with their strokers. They have to be up there.

The OP is not interested in Stroked motors.

I might add that, you want to identify if the pistons are larger, because a lot of builds do this and get 3.8 liters.. Just if everyone wants to be a stickler for comparison.

I am not really sure of the purpose of this question, unless the OP is trying to find the current top HP, so they can say they have more? or are they trying to figure out what they should be aiming for on their build?

It will never be a apple to apple comparison. Just a rough guideline for reference.
