Default liquid cooling

...have a Greddy "radiator breather tank" with 4 ports installed with a twin turbos...the question is input/output port destination.
The top most port at the cap goes to the "old" expansion tank, the next port down goes to turbo cooling, the next port down goes to the top/cap of the "big" radiator, and the bottom port goes to turbo cooling.
Can I swap the 2nd & 3rd ports so that the feed to the radiator is higher up on the breather tank? For cooling purposes it appears that the higher the feed tube to the radiator the better...also Greddy recommends that this unit be mounted as "high" as possible.

+1 my friend just bought one of these for his TT setup and has no clue how to install it, I have a basic idea. PIC's would help

I have no real idea how this would work with twin turbos, or even how it basically works in the first place. I assume because it only has four ports that it was made for a car running one turbo. I'm not even sure if you could T them off or just remove the radiator expansion tank from the loop and run all four ports to the turbos.

What turbo kit are you running?

Yeah, I am now trying to figure out how to set this up with TT, i have a greddy TT setup and I am trying to figure this out as well. Pics would help me get a better idea where what ports go where. Thanks.
