Thumbs up Greddy Turbo Z 0-60 4.6sec

In the August issue of Motor Trend there is an article with a turbo Z that does 0-60 in 4.61 sec and the 1/4 mile in 12.79. DAMN, pretty quick!! they also mention that this is without ported heads and more aggresive camshafts.

If this spec is with just bolt-on turbo kit, then it's pretty impressive! All I want is a turbo kit that is simply to bolt-on and can give me 5+ years of reliable service life, that's all I'm asking.... Start saving money now

That's amazing. With only 7psi, pushing the Z to high 12's. Throw on some slicks, remove some weight, and you'll be in mid 12's easy.

Yeah...that's 1/4mi in 12.79s at 106mph. They mentioned the cost at $6000.

The article said 5.6 psi. So similiar numbers should be possible with ATI one would think.
