Saturday sounds ok, but what responsibilities for the Vendors FP and IP? That may cause a schedule conflict. I am down for whenever. I doubt people are really going to drive back down to Hendersonville, TN just to run on an airstrip after ZDAYZ is over.

THE EVENT DATE IS MAY 16th FRIDAY, THIS IS THE FINAL DATE REGARDLESS.
We are gonna meet up at fontanna then head out to Hendersonvlle. We are meeting at 9:00AM FRIDAY MORINING .


The date was changed because the owner already had something planned for the saturday. So we cannot use the strip. Also I changed it again because quite a few people were not able to make it sunday.
