Default Turbonetics-ac line

So the kit was supposed to be done yesterday, but of course, its not gonna b until next week. But quick question, I can't believe how unbelievably close the ac line is to the turbo. We are gonna fire wrap the crap out of it, but they are practically touching! Anyone have any reduced performance w ac bc of this? I live in az, so I NEED the ac!!!

Have them re-route it if you're not comfortable.

If you have anymore questions I suggest you search rather than start a new thread. The AC line issue has been discussed many times already.

Header wrap doesn't work on a flexible AC line. Go to summit and order some DEI fire sheath or DEI Cool Tube Extreme in the proper width and use that.

Just re-route it, if you want A/C that is what you will have to do. Do it now, don't worry about the wrapping, it won't work.

Actually, it will. Just use the proper wrap. Header wrap is made for headers, not soft AC lines. I laugh at anyone who tries header wrap on that line because it's worthless.
