One thing I'd suggest rather than focusing on the water cooling is the oil return. I'm not sure if you're tapping into a spacer or into the upper oil pan, but either way you'd go I'd suggest using a 45 degree fitting to go into the tap. You could even go out and find a 1/2" to -10an fitting and get a stainless steel return line with a -10an fitting on one end. (the one that comes with the kit is a 3/8" to 5/8" slip fitting) The SS return line will have to be 5/8 inner diameter.

The 5/8 inner diameter SS return line to a -10an 45 degree fitting with a 1/2" tap into the upper pan would be perfect for oil circulation, IMO...
Hey Taurran, do you think the elbow would flow better than a perfectly run line? Does the elbow just eliminate the chance of the return line going horizontal? Seems like keeping the return line right next to the hot engine would help too. Thanks for that idea I'm going to do that with my Vortech. As I want to do the spacer return and the oil return flow is an issue with that supercharger too.

Allmotor z, how is your return line run? to the oilpan spacer?
I have the fittings that were included with the kit plugged into an oil pan spacer.

Yeah, it helps you route it perfectly too by keeping the line itself from bending too much and kinking up. It has to be angled to the front to go towards the turbo/blower. On the turbonetics kit, the elbow also helps keep it away from some hot piping.

And yes, another good reason for stainless braided line is that the stainless steel sheath heats up and keeps the oil nice and hot as it returns to the oil pan, which helps flow. It also is rigid and keeps it from bending and forming kinks which will kill the turbo seals.

A 45 degree elbow is best, but in my case I'm only doing a 90 degree because my only option is the front of the spacer. The front of the oil pan spacer and the front sway have very little room to work with so it's a must. Also, with it in the front of the spacer it is a straight shot down. The small 90 degree back into the oil pan isn't a big deal from that angle either, because the forward motion of the car will help oil flow back out of the 90 degree elbow.
