Default SFR T67 single turbo dyno results: 6 psi=412WHP

We ran the car on the dyno today. We ended up with 412WHP at 6 psi on the Dyno Dynamics. This is on an 07' rev-up G35.There is alot more their but we need a better boost controller as the MBC we had would just beled the boost off at higher rpms.

I am sure there are people that have more but this is pretty good for a single turbo system on a stock motor.I took a test drive after the dyno and the damn clutch is slipping.

Single Turbo FTW!!!

I see that it's just over 6psi when it's making peak power, but for those of us not blessed with a boost graphing dyno wouldn't it be a 7.4psi pull?

I'm interested in why the boost is bleeding off like that. Just to let you know, I've experienced kind of the same thing on mine, but only at much higher boost levels. I'm interested in how you finally ended up configuring the wastegate on the kit.

Regardless, very impressive. Good job!

I guess but the power it was making at high rpms was right around 6 psi.I call the 7.5 psi a spike

I think it had to do with the bleeder style MBC we were running.Either that or the Synapse wastegate but those have been working real well for us so I am thinking the MBC is the culprit. This car will be coming back to install an electronic controller, more boost and some more fine tuning. This was the first time I tuned an AEM FIC so I had to get comfortable with it.I am still not as comfortable with the FIC as I am with their EMS but a few more tuning sessions and I will have it mastered Overall,it is a great unit.I think it is much better then some of the other piggybacks but ofcourse it pales in comparion to a true EMS system.

I will find out tomorrow. I asked them to turn the correction off. I know they normally have it set at 1.05. AFRs were mid to low 11's. Timing was real conservative. There is probably another 10-15 horsepower if I take out a degree or two of timing. These runs were done in fourth gear and on 91 octane.
