Default Completely rebuilt - APS TT - back from the dead!!

It's been a long tumultuous road with my 350zs. Previously on the rebuilt engine, I had the timing guides broke (i've no clue how this happened. I was cruising 65mph on the freeway). I guess the tension expanded and broke, which busted up my camshaft ugg.. my heads were damaged as well. It was out of commission for about 9 or so months
Welp here it is. I'm probably missing a bunch of stuff on the list.. I'm trying to save up for the FCON, but in the meantime, I'll be running my old tune. I prolly need some better clutch when I turn up the boost. Thanks goes out to Sam and the GTM crew for all the hard work!! Runs and idles very smooth!!!!

Nice to see you back up and going. I was wondering what had happened to your setup.

Don't be scared, just make sure you have the time, patience, and money to go FI. Believe me, it's worth it.

Congrats on getting it back. It looks like a nice setup. The car's looking good.

One thing i'll say is it looks like that tune needs a bit of work. It's rich 10.5:1 in the mid range and leans out to 11.8:1 at redline. If it was supposed to be conservative it would be better if it were at a nice medium and consistent AFR. Just my opinion, of course.

yeah.. i wouldn't mine leaning out in the mid a bit.. there's also a slight power dip around 5.2k range.. no biggie, tho.

thanks man. I'm still breaking in the engine, driving like a granny.. the dyno sheet indicates the pull from the previous build @12-13psi. hoping to go higher in boost, once i get my fcon. also hoping for better torque numbers

Congrats on getting back on the road! Downtime is a Beotch (my car has been down since july of 2006, should be up and running shortly).

Any installed pictures of your Tommy Kiara kick plates?

***Slightly Off-topic, it looks like we have the same cars. How are you liking the FJ?***
