Default Quick question about boost controller install.

I have everything hooked up other then the fuel pressure regulator vac line.

Does the line T into the hose coming out of the bottom of the FPR? (going to the right in the picture) or is that a fuel line?

If not, where does it go?

Figure it's better to ask then to spray fuel everywhere =)

ya, don't cut that one for vacuum, or you will have fuel everywhere. been so long since i have seen a stock fuel system, but iirc that is just a pulse modulator to make pressure more even, not like a typical fpr.
look at the front of the intake on the pass. side. there is a port there to tie into.

T-ing off that won't be an issue. You could also buy one of those nifty PL vacuum blocks.

You can make get some brass fittings to make a T to go on the large hose on the manifold in that picture. You need a 1/8" NPT female T fitting, three 1/8" NPT nipples, two that match the diameter of the OE hose and one that matches the diameter of the hose going to your waste gate and bost controller. Use teflon on the fittings. Autozone shoud have these fittings behind the counter.

the APS kits all use a brass T fitting that comes off that front nipple on the manifold, like taurran said, IBF.

I just need to install my PL block, I have one but was going to wait for Dave (FT) to do a one over on the car, before then I wanted to hook it up,

so bottom line, while the directions from HKS say to use the FPR, I can use any of the vac lines coming off the intake?

Yes. Just don't tap into the brake booster (the large vac hose coming off the pass side of the upper plenum)
