So here is the deal, im getting a set of low resistence 880cc injectors and im going to be using the fjo injetor driver. i need to know the following, wether the ecu controles the + or the - side of the injector and i also need the ecu plug pinouts.

also is anybody using the fjo box?

Sometimes the too-technical questions can only be answered by certified technicians (tech' schools, shops, etc.) Probbly, your best bet would be a tech' school teacher, since he won't charge you for the consultation. Good luck!
