Great write-up. The Si trim sounds like a monster compared to the stock blower.

Well, so far I only hit 8.8 psi at 6,300 rpms...that's with the stock 3.33 pulley. So really, it maybe only provides 1 psi over the SC trim. However, based on a crappy calculation I did...I was thinking I would hit 10 psi.

^^ I've always wondered how a plot of the powerbands on both the SC-Trim on the 2.87 pulley would compare to the SI-Trim on the 3.33 pulley.

How does the low end feel on your car right now?

Feels good, but not much more over stock. Don't really notice that I have anything done until 5k+ rpm. Once I get it dyno'd i'll post it up so we can compare it vs the SC trim - that won't be for a while yet though.

JonnyC, very nice diy writeup and pics. Just curious if you ever got tuned and/or have a dyno sheet? Thx.

Haha, nope. I tuned the AFR myself, but still running on the TN timing map. I've been meaning to hit the dyno sometime soon.

I had big plans for this thread, with tuning info, etc. But it's a lot of work that I don't feel like doing
