Default Dead Battery?!?!?

Okay, so I am not sure about this....my battery died and I remember hearing someone say once that if it died your tune could be lost in an EMS? Not sure, but I have a Split Second box (and I know before anyone says anything that it is not the greatest), but the question I have is do I need to worry about my tune? Any input would be greatly appreciated......sorry if this is a stupid question but I am picking up my car and driving it 1100 miles and I am worried!

I know that the utec will not lose the info if disconnected but I'm not sure about the split second box, if I have to guess I would say you are fine though.

You don't loose anything, if that was the case, they could not mail them out with a pre-programmed tune.

You'll be fine.

BTW, Long time no see

^Yup

My battery died one time, but I just got a jump-start and the car runs fine.

Thanks, guys.....I didnt think it made any sense. I would just rather be sure than assume something and blow my engine.
