Vortech issue please help
Ok guys I have a question? I just had my car in for service about 2 weeks ago for an oil leak so nissan replaced all the gaskets 2 days after getting the car the throttle body goes out and they replace it. its been about 6 days since I got it back I am driving today an all of a sudden my car starts dying out when I give it gas I look under my hood and I have oil from my vortech the filter was soaked, what could have caused this?? it was working great before nissan took it apart, what are reasons that this could have happened? and I have only bee getting like 5 psi with the stock pulley since they took it apart? All the bearings and seals were replaced like 2 months ago and have less than 200 miles on them.

The reason they had the car was that they did prior work that was under warranty and I think when they got it all together they pinched the oil return line if that is the case do I just have to change the seal?

I figured it was the blower seals, but heres another question, if it is the blower and I send it to vortech can I remove the oil sending unit, plug my oil pan spacer take out my intercooler pipe and add a filter and plug in the stock ecu and drive it until I get it back from them

Oil on the inlet filter is probably why your only seeing 5 psi..Not enough air getting in. It's not likely the seals inside the blower is causing the filter to get clogged with oil. Also the oil feed line and return are in back of the blower and not likely the source of the oil..Did the dealer remove the vortech mounting bracket. If so make sure they replaced the shims on the backside of the bracket that mount to the cover of timing chain. The reason I say this is I had a similar problem and found out the shim was not installed...Oil will leak out at this location and spray around.
HEREIS THE Verdict guys, nissan calls me and goes can you come in there is a few things the mechanic wants to show you, I said no I have a sprained ankle and no car how am I gonna get there whats wrong with it. They tell me that there is a kink in the oil return line. they were the last ones to take it out an reinstall the charger so I think they are #^%%ing themselves b/c I told them that I want it fixed now. They did a gasket overhaul and charged me $350 more than it would usually cost b/c they had to take it out. Has anyone else had this happen before????
I didnt want to take it to them there just isnt anywhere around here that will work on my car. I usually do the work but I dont have the time to do it now, you would think for $110 an hour, and considering all they had to do was remove 5 10m bolts and one 15m they could handle it. I dont see how you can be a mechanic who is going to work on a GTR and cant handle a vortech on a 350 just doesnt make sense. one feed and one return. I dont know though. I filed a complaint with nissan and I will hear something tomorrow
