I suppose we are simply lucky... even if we still rich with the 2.87 pulley and stock inj... ON a non revup engine...

but if you said it is not overkill... you must know what you are talking about...

more safer... even with 1000cc inj, if one inj or your fuel system fail... it will cost you a engine...

Wait so your telling me that you are running stock injectors with a 2.87, wow..... when making sure what I need, I talked to a few people at vortech and they said make sure you change the injectors and tune, I dont really think the discussion is about blowing injectors its about maxing them out.

what kind of power are you making and what psi? 600cc on stock engine, low psi isn't ideal.

Going with 600cc is fine on a supercharger you need more fuel and it leaves you room to upgrade your pulleys for more power I am tired of hearing that 600's are to much. If you seen the load sites of these injectors in a log you would understand.

i never said you can't.. injector size should reflect your setup. you don't need big injectors for modest power.
If 600cc doesn't impair the ride, then be it.

I have wasted too much money buying things that I "grow out of" so I figure I should go with these plus like I have said before and it is all over this thread 550 cc injectors for a 2.87 is ideal so Im just a little over and what if I decide to go for 2.6 or do a full build, then Im set. But here is the main thing I have a utec and 600 injectors, will the car run with the combo yes, if I want to upgrade will these support it yes, so I dont understand the problem. I asked a simple question in the beginning and I dont understand why so many people are making a big deal out of it.
