Default All these mods CARB legal?

I am planning a wholesale set of mods for my 2006 Rev up Enthusiast:

Motordyne Mrev2 w/ spacer
Nismo Exhaust
DC Headers (I'm pretty sure they're CARB legal)
Vortech Supercharger w/ 3.12 pulley (Full Kit, not tuner kit)

This setup will be tuned for max HP (my goal is around 400 WHP)

So, with this setup will my car be CARB legal and pass smog check visually and smog performance-wise? Particularly since I live in **** Cali?

Also...if I decide to with a smaller pulley for the supercharger (and hope the smog inspector dosen't notice it...), will the car fail the smog emissions test?

You can do some research Vortech links you to the CARB to check their part number here:
http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermk...es/amquery.php
DC seems to believe they are CARB exempt. you might want to clarify that.
The Nismo is fine.
Here is the motodyne faq
http://www.motordyneengineering.com/faq.htm

NOW, the car might fail because of the visual.

Oh and BTW, 400 hp is certainly a goal but these mods ain't bringing you anywhere near that

I think if it is boosting at the test rpm then there will be a problem. The emissions in my state they run it to 2500rpm sooo. I will probably have to load up a stock map to pass and hope they don't blow up my car in their test.

Wut?! In washington, they just plug in an OBDII scanner and check for codes. They didn't even pop my hood when I had my '03 checked a month ago. I passed just fine, altho my vortech is just decorating my garage right now.

But, I still have some typical NA mods (TS full reflash, pop-charger, borla exhaust). As long as you don't throw codes, you should be fine.

Oh wait. . .if you're maxima is pre '96 (or whatever the OBDII cutoff is) then you may be SOL.
