You didn't mention how much you were asking for it, or what year car it is, or how many miles are on it.

I'd say your price is on the high side, by about 3 grand or so. Maybe list it at 21k OBO.

yeah, unfortunately aftermarket doesnt go far unless you find an enthusiast that has plans to do this work already. I see comparable stock 2003's around 15-16k, after all your work, if you get 21k you did real well. Thats why parting out and selling as stock pays off more. The hood, TN, rims, could easily make up the difference if sold seperately.

ya, understandable, but just seems like such a pain to go through all that of putting it back to stock and trying to sell. Then you gotta find someone that wants all that used. Alright well, that is a little lower than I wanted to sell it for, but it's just gonna save me money in the long run. It's an addiction when you start putting upgrades on ur car!

This sucks... you just boosted this thing! Well you do what you gotta do.

You might want to post this on www.az350z.com for a faster local sell. GL!

fwiw...

Your mods really aren't adding any value to the car, unless you find the 1 in 1000 buyer. Looking at the car, IMHO you have devalued it based on looks. The wheels, hood, spoiler and tail lights are only attractive to a small majority of the buying market. They will most likely hurt the sale of the car... again, unless you find that specific buyer.

The TN may be a plus, but your wording in your description is misleading.....
proof it is 450 horsepower?
Has the car seen a dyno to verify tune and/or HP?
I wouldn't necessarily call a car with a TN setup, Very RARE TURBOED 350Z
Didn't think the warranty on the TN kit was transferable?

If I were in the market for a Z, even a turbo Z, I think I could find better for nearly 24K. Assuming this is an ethusiast model?, KBB brings back a private party value of 15-16K, like cheatthe1 has stated. That is what I would think is more realistic. I think anything over 20K is dreaming

I would have to agree mods don't add value and may in fact steer potential buyers away due to someone thinking the car has been ran hard. I would rather buy a stock Z and build up than a modded one but that's just me and you may find someone who is looking for a modded car already. I would part the mods and get some cash back and then sell the car.

+1 You still have the 380cc injector so not sure how reliable is your 450hp.. maybe the op is posting Crank HP and not WHP. TN kit is dime a dozen so that is not hard to find.

It actully depends on the person buying over all.I think cheap mods stickers, rims, springs body kits high mileage won't bring any extra money. When you spend 10 grand+++++++ on a over price turbo kit for a car. It has to do something.I think you would get more for your car if it was tipping 60,XXX miles.I'd say its fair asking price.

it would be fair if he got back all of his investment, but he will only get what people are willing to pay.as others said,he has to find someone with his EXACT taste to pay for those mods....very difficult.
