what holes did you plug if you plugged the bypass valve that was dumb.. but to answer you ? if you still have your bypass valve on it might be leaking under boost, belt might be slipping, cog belts are loose ,bearings are fawked, one of your rubber hoses might have a hole, clamp might not be tight enough, there are a bunch of things, what did they have to do at the body shop?

if the belt squells for along time at a cold start then your belt is the problem.
mine only made noise for about 2 seconds then all you heard was the blower.
the belt has to be pretty tight

Check your plenum for leaks around the gasket.. Check the Procharger oil for shredded metal in case of impeller failure..

Most likely your plenum leak or vaccum hose needing replacement..

Bro u wont be able to see it leak.. Youd have to spray intake cleaner while the car is running and where it bubbles or sucks in the spray/kills the idle thats where ur leak is....

If you over-tighten the belt it will eat itself up and destroy the belt. It has to be tightened a/p instructions. I think you just need to check for any boost leaks in the piping.
