Guys how do you know if your BPV is bad on a vortech

If it doesn't close when you reach the rpms that you normally it boost in.

Is there a way to adjust the bpv I feel like mine doesnt open enough, easy enough so boost is escaping partially through the charger

it opens based on the vacuum source signal and how far you have the adjustment nut screwed down.
