Stock block on a TN kit with the reflash only using crappy 91 octane fuel no issues. The TN kit is fine with a stock block and many have been running the kit fine. The only issue I have is not being able to get good octane fuel but since I have access to 100 octane it balances out although it does get expensive.

Most affordable? Certainly. Maybe you'd be better off planning what you hope to accomplish with the car and making your decision based on that.

Or if you want to make ALOT of power supra style..get a big single. I dont know what the big deal with lag is anyways, it makes the car ride so much more fun...and if you can drive good enough, the lag is near eliminated by good driving skills.

Honestly those two factors are very small in the scheme of things, but either kit should be very nice performers.
